Memorial Day 2023

Another annual tradition upheld by Second Chance Heroes is our heartfelt gesture of honoring fallen veterans by laying flowers on their graves at various cemeteries every Memorial Day.

Our commitment to this tradition began in 2023, marking the inaugural year of our participation.

Madden, with a heart full of empathy, embarked on the mission of seeking out graves devoid of flowers or decorations, recognizing that these men and women may not have had loved ones present to pay their respects.

With solemn reverence, we adorned these resting places with vibrant red, white, and blue flowers, symbolizing our enduring gratitude for their service and sacrifice.

This act of remembrance embodies our pledge to continue this tradition annually, ensuring that these brave individuals are never forgotten.
